ECSC is planned, produced and staffed by the Virginia Beach Jaycees. The Jaycees is a volunteer leadership organization that trains through community service and is open to men and women ages 21 to 40. Proceeds from this event fund the projects and programs of the Virginia Beach Jaycees.
